Internet access to the email system: https://mail.svako.lt

The password can be changed at: https://svakoid.svako.lt

In web browsers, you are logged out of the account immediately after changing the password. No additional actions are required – just enter the new password. 

ATTENTION! If you have connected the account to a mobile device (Android or iPhone), after changing the password you must sign in to the account again using the new password. Instructions on how to do this: https://support.google.com/mail/answer/6383854?hl=en

If you do not sign in again to the saved account on your phone or tablet (Android or iPhone) after changing the password, you will not receive new emails, even though the Gmail app may not clearly indicate that you are signed out or unable to receive new messages. A notification may appear immediately or later (even the next day) in the phone’s notification bar stating that additional actions are required for the account. Do not ignore such notifications – sign in to the account again!!!

 

FOR STAFF AND LECTURERS

Each staff member and lecturer is provided with an email address of the following structure: n.surname@svako.lt

In the study process, lecturers may use their personal email addresses.

 

FOR STUDENTS

Students studying at Šiauliai State College are provided with an email mailbox for the entire duration of their studies. This college email may be used only for communication related to studies.

You can manage your email via www.gmail.com or an email client application. SVAKO ID credentials are used for login (e.g., name.surname@stud.svako.lt). Up to 30 GB of storage space is provided.

Separate email addresses are assigned to student academic groups. A group address is formed from the group abbreviation and the domain (e.g., IST14@stud.svako.lt
). Copies of all emails sent to the group email address are forwarded to the individual mailboxes of the students belonging to that group.
